Investors Management Service (IMS) was established in 1980 as a subsidiary of Partners Development to enable us to better manage our own properties. IMS has since expanded to manage facilities for other owners. Because IMS was created through a development company, there is a broad understanding of maintenance costs and methods.

IMS provides comprehensive management and maintenance. IMS manages medical office buildings, technology centers, multi-family housing, elderly housing, multi-tenant office buildings, business centers, and developments for community associations and their related amenities.

Our services include full-service management, 24-hour seven day week maintenance, emergency maintenance, accounting, leasing, and communication with government authorities and lenders.

IMS has a mature, experienced staff including on-site managers where required. We believe in the highest quality of ethics and service. Our maintenance staff handles plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and can manage extraordinary maintenance performed outside contractors.
